Last weekend Nana and Jim drove down from Washington (via Arizona) to visit our little family. As you can see, Nana and baby Mols hit it off and got on like old friends. Nana and Jim were lucky enough to experience Molly's delightful squealing at many Redondo Beach brunch locals. But in the end, they have Lash a BB rating (Best Baby). We think so too! In other Molly news:
- Lash is sitting up! For the past couple of weeks Molly has been sitting like a champion. Her world view, she relates, is much improved.
- Lash is creeping (a little). For the baby novice, creeping is not when she climbs out of her crib and scares us when we get up to go to the bathroom. Rather, it is when she uses her back legs to push herself around like an inchworm.
- Lash is eating lots of stuff! Yes the baby has now sampled peas, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, bananas, apples, and pears. She likes most of it (except peas - see prior video).
- Lash says "Da-da-da-da-da" over and over again. I am so pleased! Except that she says it to Mom too... and the cats... and her teething ring...
